Stephan is a broker who has experience in both running and operating flagship gallery and retail operations in Soho and regional mall locations, as well as a corporate background managing international business entities entering the US office market.

He brings his experience as a principal in a business to bear for French national companies as well as traditional US brands looking for space in the key Manhattan submarkets ranging from Soho, the Meatpacking District, Chelsea/Flatiron and retail corridors in Midtown including Madison Avenue.
